Let’s take a walk

Another little girl, Briella came to us for our dress marathon.

Her beautiful long dark hair, dimples and sweet disposition, I felt the midnight blue star dress would be perfect for her. This was a “create as I go” session.  I wanted to do something a little different for her but didn’t know exactly what – until I opened it in my “art room”.

I was on a roll one week with butterflies, kittens and puppies and this one was no different.  Coaxing a Monarch butterfly to light on a little girls finger is not for the impatient– but it is so worth the wait.

After some time later- I decided to take a walk to somewhere in the Old South near a church courtyard.  It is amazing what we can do these days in our digital art room and this is a simple example of that. 

A few weeks later I received a note from Briella’s mother.  It was so very sweet.  And I am glad she was able to be a part of the “Forgotten Age” portrait dress marathon.

The newsletter only goes out monthly unless something unusual comes up.  The heading will clearly tell you what is in the newsletter.  You can open and read them all – or pick and choose.  However, there are often little hidden nuggets within.
