I Expect It!

One of my favorite expressions is “I expect it”.  Having a high expectation of what we are  able to deliver to the client is what sets us apart from many studios today.

“Close”  is never good enough. We push ourselves to continue to learn new ways of doing things, to always be developing new products for our clients and above all setting high standards for our employees and providing  exceptional customer service is the backbone of our success.

    I recently contacted Cathy Benton to have some photos taken. At the initial meeting, I was thoroughly impressed with the interest she and Charles took in seeing my vision come to life. They both asked relevant questions and allowed me the platform to express the creative concept I wanted to convey. I had a great time at the photo shoot! They not only gathered my ideas and made sure those were shot, but I was also offered additional feedback and given new ideas based on what they were seeing behind the camera.
